Following the visit with our new best friend 'Billy the donkey' our residents have been creating the most amazing artwork, this picture is just fantastic and really captures Billy's lovely personality. We do not collect financially sensitive information from you such as credit or debit card data. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. Friends and family are able to visit at any time and will always be given a warm welcome. Come and meet us and take a tour of one of our care homes. You’ll have the opportunity to view the home and ask us any questions about our care and support for wellbeing. We have also created a relaxation room with mood lighting, diffusers, oils, salt lamps and tactile materials. This area is especially therapeutic for our residents living withdementia, memory loss and sensory impairments. And, of course, ourresidential careresidents enjoy relaxing here too. The carer will be paid the stated rate on their profile minus 20% commission on an ongoing basis for the duration of the contract and any further contract with the carer.
For services we haven't rated we use ticks and crosses to show whether we've asked them to take further action or taken enforcement action against them. – the service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve. If you are interested in visiting, we invite potential residents to try the home for the day and enjoy lunch or tea with the other residents to introduce them to the atmosphere here at Brookfield House. We have links with local doctors so where able people who come to live in the home are able to maintain their own GP and the local district nurses visit if required.
